I currently eat vegetarian up until dinner.  I don’t necessarily eat meat every night for dinner but its the only meal at which I will eat meat.
I am now trying to figure out if I can push this a bit further and eat only vegan up until dinner.  So today I am going to eat all my usuals and see what would need to be cut out.
I eat porridge (oatmeal for my american readers) every morning.  I’ve already figured out that I need to swap my 1% cow’s milk with something else but I just can’t do without the teaspoon of honey I use to sweeten it.  Honey is clearly an animal product but would a true vegan cut out even honey?
Oh noes - it just occurred to me that I would need to cut out the 6 cups of tea that I enjoy each day.

yes they do — no honey for vegans. they also don’t eat foods made with dye (usually red) derived from the cochineal beetle.
